What type of drink is best to make you have to pee? Monster does it for me but is there any other method?

Cider, used to drink that when a teenager before the beer apprenticeship. Still like cider if it's dry.

Lol, most important is quantity! Don't know of any water-based fluids that don't eventually make you pee... Loading up on diuretics isn't necessary, and of course anything in excess can cause it's own issues. Yes, caffeine and alcohol can help clear your system of fluids faster, and you can survive by drinking both exclusively, just not necessarily good in the long run - and both are addictive.

Staying hydrated in general goes a long way and is healthy! Your pee should be light yellow, darker and strongly smelling indicates lack of proper hydration. Our bodies are pretty versatile and self regulating - drinking more means expelling more unless you have an underlying medical issue.

Water and other drinks that are mostly water will result in peeing. Beer for example is mostly water and many of us tend to drink too much beer so we will pee a lot. I started taking lasix recently for a medical condition and I pee a lot now. Since I wear diapers anyway, it's no big deal, in fact wearing diapers makes it so much easier since lasix tends to cause pee urgency.

Water, agua, eau, wasser, 水, ماء, вода, पानी, dihydrogen monoxide, hydraulic acid… and so on.

If you have to give it a flavor, try making a pitcher of infused water with slices cucumbers, lime, and mint leaves. Too much “zero calorie water enhancer” isn’t terribly good for your teeth. It’s best to get used to drinking straight up water, so try good filtering to improve your water if you can’t stand the “taste”. Your body will get used to it, now it knows where it can get the hydration it needs to function properly.

Once your hydrated, coffee or caffeinated tea is a good way to tell your kidneys it’s time to soak something fluffy.

And on rare occasions, a shot of a clear liquor can have desired effect, but you should be kind to your liver, but it’s an option if you’re hitting the sack and can’t have caffeine.

On the same subject, I’d you’re up for a good poo, having some Metamucil as one of those drinks is a good choice that won’t mess with your hydration or wreck your colon function.

In fact, hydration, lots of peeing, and a good crap are quite healthy ways to give your body a nice pampering. And it helps to literally Pamper yourself while you’re at it. Peeing burns calories. In fact, its shocking how much energy your body dedicates just to filtering blood through your kidneys. And regularity puts the “fun” in “healthy bowel function”.

Water! Nothing keeps your system running like water does! Drinking 2 - 3 liters a day guarantees continuous use of your diapee and also does wonders for your overall health.

Coffee and tea help to increase output.

Of course, alcohol and other sugary/fizzy drinks also do the trick, but try to save those for very limited occasions, as they also add more odor.

Much water, much tea and for me, even when I'm not diapered, a cup of coffee. After 15 minutes I feel I need to pee.

I'll often drink a beer in the evening and then follow it up with cranberry juice and ginger ale and cranberry and water. It works well for me.

Remember that “zero calorie” soda isn’t “free” when you’re considering your diet. Your body has a reaction to those chemicals that is different from the sugar and salt chemicals in full-sugar soda.

I had to have that discussion with my 8 year old daughter who wanted “just one more Jello cup, they’re sugar free!” And while a sugar free Jello is probably one of the most benign binge items, I impressed on her that some “sugar free” items have false sugars that our bodies react to differently. I told her about the time I ate too many xylitol candies and had diarrhea for three days.

(Side note: everything is chemicals, not to stumble on that bit of nomenclature. Water is a chemical, as I illustrate above. But some of the sugar substitutes are not terribly biocompatible, while water is perhaps the most biocompatible molecule in existence… unless you’re drowning I suppose…)
