What form would your Daemon take?

I often wonder if i had a spirit animal or "Daemon" (like from "The Golden Compass") what would it be?
I would like to think it would be a wolf or some type canine. As i think i am fiercely loyal and brave (when need be). My favorite stuffie happens to be a dog too.
What do you think yours would be and why?

I think that the daemons of AB littles would not take a permanente form and continue to change like the ones of children. The main form of my daemons would be something small, because I want to feel as small and invisible as possible, and I'm very curious, I think It would be a ferret.
For exploration It would take the form of a red cardinal, because I like the freedom and want to be center of attention too.
My more adult daemon for society and masking would be a Fox with the best coat of fur, because I would want to impress and be in my best looks.

If It was imposible to stop the process and the dust settle my daemon, It will stay the Fox, because the need to have the mask in front of society.

Mine would be a cat of some sort. Preferably a large cat like a sabertooth. Stealthy, quiet, large sharp weaponry and I can pounce in a moments notice.

As silly and contrived as the idea is I can say with confidence a doggo. A greyhound or something similar most likely.

For a bit there I was thinking you said spirit animal or "Digimon" like from, this happens to me to often.

Think this idea has been around for a long time (I tend to see it happen in anime most often), the thought that everyone has there own form that represents them self (and not something you can pick for your self like some min maxing gamer) that ends up being out of this world is a pretty cool as well as interesting when you think about why you might be what you are or why other people are what they are.

I would like to hope that my own form would be some kind of bird haha, my love, interest and interaction with them has been with me as long as I can remember. So yeah it is kind of hard for me to hope which kind of bird I could be (that is if I am what I hope to be at all) even more so if you start to add in mythical/ legendary entity's.

I would offer things about me that I think could lead to what I might be most like but I tend to find/ think even if we know our self's well its only to a point, so I find the best way to know what I would be is to ask people around me/ know me well what they think are my good and bad points since there view should not be too biased which we our self end up being more then we might think. (even with the help of others it might not be 100% right but helpfully it is more accurate then what we might think of our self)

Haha I have had the idea in my head on and off for far too long so hopefully this is understandable.

P.S if I could pick I know I am 100% biased since I would like to be as wise, pretty and versatile/adaptive as a phoenix but if we are to take mythical/ legendary out of the picture a black swan is a bird I like a lot. 😊

of the few quiz's I found for this on the buzzfeed one I got Husky which seems about right,

As for what I'd like it to be maybe a mini dragon (like fire lizards in Pern series) or going with real animals maybe a wolf or a pagona (bearded dragon) perhaps an eagle.

Uf, an Elephant daemon... That would be a massive problem, when someone touched It you would suffer... And being so Big...

Not all elephants are big. There is something called the island effect in which small animals get very large when isolated in a remote location, and large animals get very small. Dwarf elephants have existed in multiple location on earth prehistorically. They got as small as a very large dog, which would still be challenging to have a daemon that was 3 feet tall, but it does seem plausible in a golden compass world that someone could have that for their daemon.
