What does it feel like to have a real accident? What does it feel like to wet uncontrollably? Also, what does it feel like to be incontinent and wet yourself without knowing?

It’s a warm, wet feeling; I imagine.

when I played with catheters letting them drain directly into a diaper it was interesting. I would randomly feel my diaper getting warm. And it was fun to have to actually pay attention to my diaper status because starting to leak without knowing was a definite possibility.

I express caution to anyone wishing to try that, and he i know it’s not a 100% facsimile to being truly incon.

It just happens I can't control it. For road trips my Daddy always puts me into a mega max, because the diaper can soak for 12hrs.

not knowing is fairly rare
Lots of us can feel urine coming out just can't make it to the bathroom in time
or we feel the pee hitting our skin

which is warm & wet then if you have a good diaper feels dry after a little while
