Hi everyone

Has anyone got a skort? Are they as comfortable as they look?

Isaac and I met up with some friends in the summer last year, and his partner was wearing a skort; I have been thinking of getting some.

Good call, siysiy! ☺️😍
Skorts are pretty awesome and I have a drawerful at home myself 👍.

At my age, I have to spend a lot of time with the razor and lotion before I can dare show that much leg 😅🙃. As such, I usually wear tights and longer skirts out of laziness. I already can't wait for summer now 😒

I'd love a skort but I can never find any stores that sell them.

Athletic/ sporting-goods stores, and mostly spring/summer time when they're more in season. Or clearance rack in the winter! Even better😁☺️

There are thousands and thousands of SKORTS on eBay -
Some just plain mono-color -
Some with prints - color block patterns -
Some with pleated panels (back field and all around) -
Some fitted with an exact waist size fitting (zipper closure)
But for the most part the common waist fitting is an
elastic (pull-on) waist - - -

Tennis SKORTS are usually shorter in hem length
Those for golf and casual walk-about longer.

Remember when sizing up the waist has to pass over the
wider hips to rest at where ever the waist is.
With the elastic waist band there is more room for the
critical fitting adjustment at the waist.

Basically the SKORT is just a interior panty with a skirt overlay.
The interior panty is fastened at the common skirt waist band.
The interior panty can be loose fitting like granny brief -
or tight fitting like compression athletic gear.

In most all of these there is no extra frilly detailing on that panty.

Some of these designed for tennis have interior ball pockets
for tennis balls {not the other kind of balls you were thinking of}.
Some of these have exterior pockets in the skirt as in golf for
ball markers tees pencils score cards etc.

With the SKORT it is common that the hem line may be a few
inches shorter than the same skirt. The modesty factor is
covered adequately since the outer skirt is limited by the
waist attachment to the interior panty.

In some fashion circles for the skirt purest the SKORT is an
abomination - sort of on the order of wearing underwear when
wearing a kilt - make your own judgement !

For the male wearing a SKORT beware of the too tight a panty
with a center crotch seam acting like a reverse fitting of a thong.
You should be able to draw a conclusion of this.
For the restroom issue some designs may be able to stand-up
to the urinal and others may require to do what the gurls do.

In closing the SKORT is just as good as shorts - with add-in of
the hidden ball pockets on those playing tennis.

- - - - - not only eBay but as noted athletic stores
also department stores and don't forget the charity
thrift goodwill stores

If I was going to wear something that looked like a skirt, I’d buy a skirt and just wear knickers underneath. A skort would not feel feminine enough for me. Just my opinion.

I love them❤️... I have at least a dozen. Most of my clothes come from the girls dept and skorts or scooter skirts are very easy to find there. My wife once told me I'm built like a 12 year old girl, flat chested and no curves. I now shop almost exclusively in the girls dept and have more training bras than any tween girl ever. Here are a few of my favorites scooter skirts...
