How long do you wait before washing your cloth diapers. How many do you do at one time. Pre soak?

I love wearing cloth nappies and plastic pants.

As having intellectual physical disability I can't wash my own cloth nappies. I have to support workers who wash my cloth nappies everyday and they don't pre-soak my cloth nappies.

Usually put them in a dry diaper pail after they are used--soiled ones are rinsed before they are put in there; pail holds about 3 or 4 dozen diapers and that lasts about a week before they have to be put in the wash--prewash cycle first then regular wash cycle.

And don't use bleach, vinegar or any other harsh cleaners on them too often. Especially on PUL. You can also so damage to your machine with harsh or acidic products. There are many naturally derived and PH neutral detergents made specifically for cleaning diapers.

For me, I pre rinse everything as soon as I take them off. Once I collect enough for about a half load in my washer they get a good rinse to get rid of excess whatever may be left. Then a very small amount of dish soap in a pre wash, about a teaspoon, does a great job at removing grease and oils from body excretions. Then the diaper detergent of choice in a final wash.
