nope. I don't wearing very often. I woke up in the night and realized i was wet so put on a nappy but didn't wet again till I woke up

Could be a good time to start wearing. I wet when awake and even with a full bladder it takes a while before I can wet laying down. If I stand up I can pee immediately.

Might want to start wearing tabbed diapers at night for maximum protection.

Maybe a good time to start wearing to bed if you have had an accident while sleeping.

In addition to the above recommendation, it is time to set an appointment with your Doctor as an unplanned or staged wetting can indicate a number of different medical issues /illnesses from simple to complex. Review the prior 24 to 36 hours to determine if you had be drinking, over medicating, cramps or pain in or near your bladder, etc.

Although a DL may see this as a positive, an IC would see this as a moment of concern. Be frank and open with your Doctor, as this could be an on set of something more serious.

Its not very often that I don't wake up soggy !

I seem to always wake up wet. And by the time I get to the shower it’s almost at capacity.

I love wetting at night, but it’s always planned and intentional. If it wasn’t, I’d be taking a serious break from diapers and a trip to the doctor.

I get the same cues, the same hydration, and a diaper that can handle it. The only occasional tweak I add is a shot of vodka before bed. Not a good habit because… well, the alcohol and it’s affect on good sleep… but also because it will condition me to wet unconsciously if done consistently.

Last night, while undiapered, I had a dream I had soaked through a pull-up and a towel on my seat. I even heard dripping on the floor in my dream. Woke up dry, but… erect. It’s entirely possible my erection could and has in the past saved me from wetting the bed. Perhaps I start a poll to that effect…
