I looked at the online users just now and I saw a '+' next to Cen Aeonis' username, why is this happening?

Did you add him to your "buddies" on vbulletin? I think that's usually what that comes up.

Okay, that confused me because it doesn't show up when he's offline .-.

That only happens in the "online user list".
