Does anybody know of a product in the UK that is ultra discrete and can cope with faecal incontinence?

There are a few. First, I'd suggest chlorophyll. Perfect for disguising unpleasant odors. Second, plastic pants help. Of course together with compression shorts (hiding the bulge). Thankfully most of my BM accidents happen while sleeping. But they do occur and these products really help.

Try the thin molicare cloth backed briefs. They have standing leak guards and are probably be thinnest and most discreet diaper that I wear. Perfect for those stealth situation’s.

I really like Tena active Maxi slips, plastic backed, very discreet, my doesn’t know when I’m wearing them, apart from a bit of crinkle when it’s quiet at home 😁👍🏻
