Uber Webcam!

Hi.

Bought a new webcam. not for the web but for normal still photography.
anyway.

The webcam is a SumVison Panther GX
its a 4MEGApixel webcam that it says, "10MEGApixel snapshot with software"

However no software comes with the damned thing, nor any hint as to how to reach the 4MP let alone push it to 10MP. dose anyone know any software or tips of how to the uber back into my tuber. while you're at it, can you look at the webcam too?

The site has all the yummy flavor of a third-party Chinese VAR, buying developer kits or something. Nary a retail box in site there, methinks.
