Let ask it this way. How many Miltary service people died under Obama vs Trump. Who cause more harm?
I could not find an answer for this, but for the issue of impeachment, it really doesn't matter. Both presidents have to deal with situations outside their control meaning, trump could been loaded with situations that would cause more deaths just because of the situation calls for it.

However when looking for such information anyway because I was a bit curious to get something to talk about, I found this:

How about we compare on the idea trump does not know what he is doing as far as policy and how many people died because of it?

NASA stands for National Aeronautics and Space Administration. NASA is a U.S. government agency that is responsible for science and technology related to air and space. Nothing to do with the Military

Or we can go with

NASA is defined as an acronym for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the federal agency that is responsible for aerospace research, aeronautics, and the civilian space program.

I don't see anywhere it says Military.
The military branch responsible for monitoring space for incoming threats was the US Air Force before 2019. If you look into the Russian Space Forces they do the same job as what our Air Force does now in regards to space. They look out for incoming missiles. Look up US Air Force Space Command. There is no reason to have them be their own separate unit. All that’s likely going to do is cause more infighting in the DOD. We have enough pissing matches with 5 branches; we don’t need a sixth to add to it.

Don't leave out its simply adding unnecessary costs for something the air force does already... along with NASA, depending what the "threat" is, like mentoring astorids and all that.

Using DCAS, we can actually find the number of deaths that occurred under various administrations.

During Obama’s first term a total of 1608 deaths were reported. During his second this number drops precipitously to 218. During Trump’s three years in office, there have been a total of 110 deaths reported. However these numbers do not account for the effect of the US’s changing approach to engagement’s in the Middle East. Obama’s high death counts are mostly the result of a single factor: Operation Enduring Freedom.

Operation Enduring Freedom was a significantly different approach to the conflict than Inherent Resolve and Operation Freedom’s Sentinel (the current engagements in the Middle East).Enduring Freedom was a more involved engagement of hostile forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. This would naturally result in higher casualty rates. If you exclude Operation Enduring Freedom from Obama’s totals, to only account for the deaths caused by policing and training operations in the Middle East, then his death totals fall to a combined 136. If one then accounts for how long they have served as commander and chief, the numbers turn out to be quite similar if a little better for Obama. (Obama: ~22.67 (New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, and OFS only lasted a combined 6 years); Trump: ~36).

For the above reason I would have to say Obama’s military policy was better.
