Hey there, it's been forever since I've even browsed this forum ... I SO MISSED OR! LOL

I have been in Afghanistan for the last year and let me tell you, it sucks being incontinent down range. Back story; I was medically retired from the Army and now work as a contractor fixing helicopters ... it's awesome money.

So I've been using Abena M4's this entire time, but the fit isn't what I really want. I'm looking into getting something new but I'm not sure what's out there now! I'm back in my usual medium bambino classico's, but I never looked how tight they were on my legs and a large is way too big. I really like abu, but they don't hold much. So, and suggestions? What do y'all think about tykables?

Welcome back!

Several new diapers were released while you were gone that you should seriously check out...
NorthShore Supreme http://www.northshorecare.com/northshore-supreme-briefs.html
ABU Simple https://www.abuniverse.com/Simple_p_78.html
And if you like prints on your diaper there is also...
ABU Space https://www.abuniverse.com/Space_p_71.html
(same as the Simple diaper except with a printed shell)

Being incontinent myself, I use the Abena L4 also and can highly recommend all of the above named diapers over the Abena L4.

The NorthShore Supreme is hands down one of the best diapers out there. Great fit that doesn't loosen up over time, and great absorption, more than Abena.

The new ABU Simple & Space diapers are changing the game for me though. They fit differently because of a wider crotch. Wider crotch means wider padding, deeper leak guards, extended leg ruffles, all adding up much less chance of a leak. Throw an Abri-Let Maxi in and it is the best disposable for bedtime ever (I normally use cloth diapers for bedtime). I ordered a split case, half Simple and half Space, and have actually enjoyed wearing the Space diapers at home, but I stick to the Simple when going out of the house. The taping panel keeps the diaper firmly in place even when sodden, and this diaper can get sodden... probably the highest capacity of any diaper I've ever worn.

"ABU don't hold much" ? :dunno:

The space diapers are at or near the top for capacity afaik. Or did you mean the old cushies? Yeah, the old cushies were leaky and surprisingly lightweight.
