threadgames folder

I agree with certain mods who like threadgames to be in a folder. Some argue this would limit inflating postcounts and that would be a good thing. I am not so concerned about this - there's another reason for me. With so many off-topic threads, even a 2 or 3 day old one can get buried pretty deep and fast, and I think some deserve to be around longer. By the same token a flurry of thread games could push other threads down.

I'd say we need the old thread games section back, along with using it not boosting up your post count.
