Thinnest diaper with elastic waistband

Thick diapers are great, but not very discrete. I much prefer the fit and feel of an elastic waistband, but thinner diapers tend not to have them. What am I missing?
 
I wish there were more ABDL options that were thinner with elastic waistband. I don’t mind changing more than once a week ;)

You’re right. ATNs, Depend are thin but suck. Vintage attends, awesome in their day but hard to get now. My go-to is the plastic backed Tena slip. It’s thin, good tapes and a bit quieter for times when you only want a subtle rustle 😉....buuuut, no front elastic waist band 😞. Best I got...sorry.
I was going to try the Rearz Little squirts splash as they’re rated at 3900ml so presumably a bit thinner.
