Instead of the negative thoughts that's people post I'd rather speak life over your thinking and life. So by being an Abdl how has it helped you in your areas of your life. For example being a ABDL is 100% helping me to slow down my thinking process so I can appreciate life more often.

It’s helping me to take some real timeoff
And to get in a different mods one that no one would

Being an abdl has made me a more patient and understanding man, because its given me a wife and children. Any man with kids and a wife learns patience.

Having a little side helps me to be a kinder, nicer person. When I'm big, little me is still there at the back of my mind, reminding me to find the gentle, inocent fun in the world and be more patient and friendly. Also it makes it very easy to find comfort in simple things like a teddy.

I've really considered myself being a full time baby to a wife that cannot have kids or doesn't want kids. That's just me

I don’t believe being abdl has really helped me in any aspect of my life. Actually quite the opposite.

But I will say that I fully accept myself for who I am, I wear my diapers 24/7, and I’m not ashamed of myself. I have gotten to a point where if anyone else discovers me i would just nonchalantly say.. yeah those are diapers, I wear them all the time.. I even have one on now.. it’s no big deal.

I will add that given a choice even with how complicated being abdl has made things for me from time to time, given a choice I would remain abdl and I’d stay diapered 24/7.

I love everyone, and never judge anyone! You need to Embrace the things that make you happy, and stop thinking your a bad person!
