TEXT
will make it look like this..

TY Mesmerale. It's funny how some people mysteriously know about these little features, and the word isn't put out to the public...

I'll add the strike feature strike = [ s] text [/ s] which was asked about recently
Perhaps we could have a sticky on these things? We simple raccoons tend to be behind the times and aren't ashamed to admit our ignorance.
"We know there are known knowns: there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns: that is to say we know there are things we know we don't know. But there are also unknown unknowns — the ones we don't know we don't know." —Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Defense Department briefing, Fe. 12, 2002

You're welcome, lovely.

So what'd I do?

CODE TEXT CODE Is what you use to make the text read

TEXT

Instead of

TEXT

Ooooh! I didn't know about the "noparse" tag.

Is there an elegant equivalent for urls? Manual corruption is so tedious...

Ooooh - I get it - I don't have to corrupt things to talk about them

[S] TEXT [/S]

[s]TEXT[/S] ... Is the obvious experiment, to see if layering "[no parse][no parse]_[/no parse][/no parse]" noparses itself. Not apparently. Hmmph
PS Martin >Mesmerale >Raccoon>Hegel = the journey of the noparse meme so far :)

You're welcome, it's quite a useful tag when explaining something.

Take a look here or if you want more explanation here (if something isn't on there what you'd like on there tell me.)

It's a standard feature of forums so users who frequent many forums generally know. Just a side note: It doesn't work in the galleries and is buggy in the blogs.
