It's basically a transsexual test thing. I dunno if it's accurate, but I had fun doing it.

The COGIATI

I got this:

Your COGIATI result value is: 15 Which means that you fall within the following category:
COGIATI classification THREE, ANDROGYNE
What this means is that the Combined Gender Identity And Transsexuality Inventory has classified your internal gender identity to be essentially androgynous, both male and female at the same time, or possibly neither. In some cultures in history, you would be considered to be a third sex, independent of the polarities of masculine or feminine. Your gender issues are intrinsic to your construction, and you will most likely find your happiness playing with expressing both genders as you feel like it.
SUGGESTIONS FOR ACTION:
Your situation is a little tricky in our current society, but not tremendously so, depending on your geographic location.
The suggestions for your circumstance are not overly complicated.

  1. If you have any comfortability about your gender expression, some slight degree of counseling might well prove helpful. The primary goal would be to make it possible for you to enjoy your gender expressions free from any shame or embarrassment, and to resolve any remaining questions you might have.
  2. As an androgynous being, both genders, and both sexes are natural to your expression. Permanent polarization in either direction might bring significant unhappiness. It is not recommended that you go through a complete transsexual transformation. You might find a partial transformation of value, if you find yourself more attracted overall to the feminine. You are more likely a transgenderist, than a transsexual. It is recommended that you recognize that your gender issues are real, but that extreme action regarding them should be viewed with great caution.
  3. If you have not already, consider joining any of the thousands of groups devoted to gender play of various varieties. There is literally a world of friends to discover who share your interests. There are also publications, vacations, and activities that would expand your gender play.
Thank you for using the Combined Gender Identity And Transsexuality Inventory.
I suppose that's a fair enough result, although I do think I lean towards the boyish side of things.

Interesting. I started taking it but then it started being all questions about cross dressing and gender identity problems.. where none of the answers applied to me :p. So, I stopped.

Your COGIATI result value is: -295 Which means that you fall within the following category:
COGIATI classification TWO, FEMININE MALE
What this means is that the Combined Gender Identity And Transsexuality Inventory has classified your internal gender identity to be mostly masculine, and that your gender issues are primarily matters of personal expression rather than a medical problem. Any struggles you have are most likely caused by internal shame over your needs and desires, or because of curiosity over what those needs represent. There is, however, some indication of a strong feminine side to your being, and this is intrinsic to your constitution.
SUGGESTIONS FOR ACTION:
Your situation is fairly uncomplicated, so you should be relieved.
Since your situation is almost certainly not a matter of any real physical or biological concern, the suggestions for your circumstance are relatively simple.

1.
If you have any uncomfortability about your gender expression, counseling might well prove helpful. The primary goal would be to make it possible for you to enjoy your gender expressions free from any shame or embarrassment, and to resolve any remaining questions you might have.
2.
Your gender issues and expressions are more than mere play, and are a form of personal identity expression, but this is no indication of transsexualism. Indeed, all information suggests that the path of the transsexual is not one you should take, as it would almost certainly lead to severe unhappiness. It is possible that a partial step towards greater feminine expression might lead to greater happiness, but such an undertaking should be approached with extreme caution.
3.
If you have not already, consider joining any of the thousands of groups devoted to gender play of various varieties. There is literally a world of friends to discover who share your interests. There are also publications, vacations, and activities that would expand your gender play.
I don't think i could have gotten any lower :-\ that was a long test. the ones that none applied to me... i just sort of picked the ones that i could live with :p

I guess that's sorta accurate, though I can't be quite sure...
I don't feel too strongly either way on it yet. n.n;

I couldn;t answer it exactly correctly, I haven't really explored deeply into my feminine side, but I agree with this answer totally.

I took the test, end up getting Androgyne. Which for me is pretty much right, I've always just treated myself like I have two personalities.

I don't think the test will work for people that don't have any sort of "gender issues". As a lot of the questions asked don't give and option for straight out no.
Also I noticed a few of the questions were just reworded repeats. I suppose thats too clarify what you already said

Anyways good little site! Thanks for the read :)

That's mine. I guess it's accurate. Sometimes I wish I could be a girl. And sometimes I'm perfectly fine with being a guy. It's confusing.

First of all, Androgyne sounds like some kind of drug. Second of all, Im not sure how that coud've been to accurate without the answers that say " I don't do that".

yeah, the test sort of assumes that you cross-dress and have serious gender-identity issues. i used to have issues like that, but not so much anymore, so i sort of had to answer some of the questions from the perspective of a much younger avery. it said i'm androgynous, which is a pretty fair assessment. i'm perfectly happy being a guy, but i'm definitely not your stereotypical guy's guy.

i liked this question:

A situation involving people has come up. The people are debating the issue, and are unsure of what to do. You understand most of the situation. You are able to act in the manner you feel like. What do you do?

I wait for an opening and offer my knowledge.

I let them know what is going on as best as I can..

I step in and clear things up.

I listen to make sure I understand, then I ask to offer my suggestions on the matter.

I will listen and see if they can figure it out. I might add my ideas to the discussion.
they're all basically the same answer!

I came to that question and thought exactly the same! They were too similar and each answer specifies to slightly different situations of the people discussing whatever.

How ever, I was doing some of the test and so far left it as it is. Its taking too much of my time to answer it all. And I think it would just go your a normal guy anyway.

COGIATI classification FOUR, PROBABLE TRANSSEXUAL

What this means is that the Combined Gender Identity And Transsexuality Inventory has classified your internal gender identity to be essentially feminine, but with some masculine or androgynous traits. It is very possible that you are a candidate for a diagnosis of transsexualism. You show a strong degree of gender dysphoria. At the very least, further investigation should be undertaken. Your COGIATI score places you among the majority of those diagnosed as transsexuals, the 'late onset' tanssexual.
That's me... it went down from the last time I took it (about a year ago), but it still considers me a late-onset transsexual.

Oh yeah, UnMarth, the question was about how you would deal with the situation, not the result. It's asking when you would wait to answer, like whether you would wait until everyone else was finished talking, or whether you would just step right in and explain, or listen first and then explain... it's a subtle difference, but there is one.

Androgyne is a noun that describes a person that doesn't have a gender. They may show small traits of both genders, but identify with neither. Avery had it, too: the test assumed that you had some conflict with your gender (and apparently that you were of the male sex).
