Teddies vs Blankies

A question which I've not seen asked before.

How many of you prefer a cuddly toy and how many of you prefer a blankie?

We've seen a huge outpouring of love for our teddies on the Teddy Time! thread, but not seen very much in terms of blankies.

So I wanted to see how many people have a snuggly friend or a comforting blankie (or maybe both or perhaps bring something else into the game)!

Personally, I've never had a blankie so I'm firmly on Team Teddy for this one!

I can't imagine not having a little, comforting and absolutely adorable little friend to cuddle and there are few things I find more comforting.

I don't have any blankies yet but if I did I would snuggle with my stuffie and a blankie. I would still only snuggle with my stuffie while I'm on the computer though

I have 4 squishmallows to choose from and my pink glow in the dark unicorn blankie that I sleep with every night. I cannot be without.

I like both, especially my thick Sherpa throw blanket, but lean more heavily towards teddies. Got a large 48 inch one, named Cream, that has been my best bed buddy!

I have a very thin blankie with dinosaurs on it. Because of anxiety, I like being covered and it being so thin is great with the hotter weather we usually have around here. I also have a dodo plush I snuggle with. I may have a thing for extinct animals.

Yesterday I my first stuffy as an adult, its a brown doggy and I am very quickly falling in love with it!

Going to have to say blankie, dont get me wrong I do love my stuffys too but my blankie is something I have loved for more years than anything else in my life and the only reason I dont have it with me right now is it got damaged at some point when I was 12 and at the same time my mind was else where so it was very sad but until it got fixed I stopped seeing it. (I still know where it is and plan to have it fixed at some point but it's kind of hard to trust someone with the thing I have loved for so long)
