Surprised employers don't encourage diapers

So I am actually surprised that some employers don't actually encourage their employees to wear diapers. In trades such as working at warehouses especially amazon. The meat packing industries or anything where production is disrupted by a bathroom break. From what I've read the abdl warehouses and store fronts are the only ones that openly encourage diaper wearing. So I have been wearing for the past 3 years to work.. of course it started with covid but then became habit. As a tradesman there are times when restrooms are nowhere nearby. My problem is solved. As long as I don't over hydrate , which I often do , it's easy enough to go to lunch break or beyond in one diaper.

Could you imagine the media blowback they’d get for telling employees to piss and shit themselves instead of just taking a 5 minute break?

Not only that, but employees would still need to change, which would take even longer. Living in the southern US, I can even imagine what those bathrooms would smell like at the end of a summer day.

To expand on my earlier post, even if someone in management gently suggested that wearing diapers might work well for certain employees in certain situations, the next thing to happen would be headlines "$WarehouseInc forces employees to wear diapers!"

There is a sort of Victorian/Capitalistic theory/logic to support what you suggest as any break in production costs the "factory" owner's capital. In a employer/employee relationship it's a thin line between encouraging and coercing. In a ABDL work environment with willing wearers there would be and should be no problem. However the vast majority of employees who work for big capital work long hours for little reward and then being told you have to work with a soggy nappy or with a lump of poop between your buttocks would be just cause to strike and if necessary burn down the place. Slight exaggeration the pyromaniac solution. In food production hygiene would also be a issue/question. Also at some point you would need a change and that costs more time than a wc visit. Would that be counted as work or private time? The fact that you are self employed gives you the freedom to choose. Good on you. I Like to wear too as it's my decision when and where. Do you think Bezos or one of his highly placed minions has possibly already considered it? Hope not......😀

Huh, try a portapotty mid summer cooking in 90°+ heat and 80% humidity. Diapers are definitely a better option.
I work construction driving transport hauling the heavy equipment. When I roll up on the job site I'll piss beside my truck or the equipment before using a potapotty. I also watch my diet very carefully so I'm not needing to poop while I'm working.

I'd rather spend a few minutes in a porta potty a few times a day than perform manual labor in the heat while wearing a diaper. Period. And I'm into wearing diapers. The vast majority of people are very much not into it.

Employers telling their workers to wear diapers would (rightfully) have it blow it up in their faces in a big way.

I have to admit that wearing a nappy at home whilst doing the "chores" makes the jobs more fun.....but then that is entirely voluntary.😀

Yeah. Even if it wasn't meant that way, it would come off as, "You're slaves. No potty breaks! (*whip crack*)"

I work from home and am in diapers most days. That makes my little side happy, but I'm not sure if it makes my professional side any more productive. It probably doesn't directly do that, but I guess being happier tends to help most things.

Underwater welders / divers wear padding, there expected to work 4-6 hrs straight, some job sites take hours to get to due to water depth

This is a news story on you tube.
The companys are three of the major chicken sellers in the USA. You only need to search YouTube to find them. So already happened.

Yea my dad was an underwater welder and has told me they might make you stay under for like 7 or 8 hours. 1st thing I thought of was wearing a diaper if I ever did it, but that sounds insane. I've never been fully submerged in water longer than a few minutes via snorkel. I've always wanted to scuba dive, but have never gone through with it.

definitely. Think of concerts in Socal where the summer heat just cooks you alive, and there are crazy people moshing, jumping, and going crazy all day. A diaper on those folks wouldn't last too long, but If you take it easy on the extravagant leg movement, your diaper will last longer. It wont fall apart as fast as those who are running and jumping.

I've also worked on construction sites that didn't have porta potties. Had to pee in a bush, and if I had to go #2, I had to walk really far from the job site into the desert where I wouldn't be seen.

There are 2 sides to this. With few exceptions no employer would get away with insisting their workers wear nappies/diapers. Frankly that suggetion has to be dead in the water. BUT there's nothing stopping an employee making the decision to wear diapers to work if the conditions at work are too disgusting to use the facilities. Personally before I became as inco as I am now, I elected to wear to work not only because I like it but because in a really busy absorbing job it was just one thing I didn't have to distract me.

I was part of a musical performance where we were required to stay in our seats for 3 hours. They said, “if your bladder can’t make it that long then… do whatcha gotta do.” With a kind of if you know what I mean kind of look in their eyes.
