Well, you have been told about your wrongs, yet you show no sign of self-reflection. You are obviously trying to provoke a negative reaction - if you are truly knowledgeable in psychology, there is no way that this is not deliberate. Also, are you trying to threaten us? "I have the ability to brutally tear a person apart with words", yes, sure, honey.

It doesn’t concern me to be told that I’m wrong for calling a thief a “douche bag”. I’m actually comfortable with that and have no intention of apologizing or changing. No, I’m not trying to “provoke a negative reaction”. If you read into it that way that is truly in you and your problem. Threaten you? Your reading comprehension leaves much to be desired. The only person here trying to provoke is you with the challenge at the end of your sentence.

If one truly were to read all posts without assuming emotion, your over-analyzing of certain posts makes no sense.

Should I have said without persecutory delisusions/persecution complex/cognitive distortions? Your overreactions are priceless and exactly what I was referring to.

Sorry, I can't really take you seriously anymore with all of your contradictions.

Lol. Is that supposed to matter to me? You have one hell of an aggrandized ego. You are of no consequence to me, but please feel free to point out said contradictions.

See? You say that my opinion doesn't matter to you, but you still took the time to take apart my post.

Also, insulting my language skills? Real mature. Even if I did misunderstand you - and really, tell me how you meant that sentence if it wasn't a threat - I have the excuse of not being a native speaker.

I don't care how many fancy words you use, my point still stands. If you weren't reading emotions into posts, you wouldn't be over-analyzing them. I am not overreacting, but I am highly amused :)

I think they're on our side, my dear^^ You really didn't do anything wrong :)

seems confused about why I did what I did. I did it to defend the O.P. bring grown, not to be a snitch. Hopefully, he's not mad at me. I don't think he is, now that I've explained it.

Of course I responded. I’m having fun and the more you reply the more I learn about you. Do you really not understand that there is a difference between language skills and comprehension? I’ll attempt to clarify my sentence for you in a way that you might understand. For some one to say “I have a gun and I hope that I never have to use it. However if I did have to use it, he would be dead”. It’s not a threat. It shows that the person is still alive because there is no interest in killing. I was simply showing that I was, by no means, “hissing” or “bearing teeth”.
I read forum posts as neutral and void of emotion as I can. Analyzing is a habit I have. So is liking for patterns. They are not big words. I’m simply a morosoph with cacoethes for epeolatry. Was that better? Should I defenestate or ostracize mysel Florida so you can feel better? I’m glad you’re amused. I’m also fairly entertained.

I think most people will read your example as a clear threat. Actually you are saying that if someone is doing something that you don't like you are going to shoot him dead. And also that you free yourself from any responsibility by saying that you hope that you do not have to do that.
The person is still alive because he has not yet given you a reason to shoot him, not because you have no interest in killing.
That is my analysis.

The thing is, if someone tells me they have a gun and will use it if provoked, I would absolutely interpret that as a threat. There is nothing wrong with my comprehension, but there might be a difference in our understanding of what a threat is. Which - I guess - is somewhat subject to personal views. So, thanks for clarifying that you weren't trying to be threatening, but you should be aware that such a statement may still be interpreted that way.

Wow, no, that's awful xD I'm simply too tired to bother looking up those words now. No, by all means, don't change your opinions, but maybe try to be a bit nicer to people. It really will make any conversation a lot more pleasant for all involved.

Is, "I'm never afraid, because I'm armed," easier? It's how I took that statement. He's well armed with words, so people's words don't scare him.

Fair enough. I gave a bad example, however I meant my statement as no threat.

See my above response for further clarification. I can see you're an intelligent individual with the desire to further your own education and build character as well as being humble. I like that and find it to be an admirable characteristic. In your language, and pardon my very rust and poor German (it has been over 20 years since I had any German classes) "ich kann der teufel oder ein engel sein". I am a douche bag for things I've done in the past, but I have confronted those who I have wronged and they have absolved me as I have those who have wronged me and confronted me about it. =)

On the contrary, words are weapons that can do the ultimate damage. Failure is a word that terrifies me. To fail as a father would be an unbearable thing to hear. On a psychological level, words can cripple someone for their entire life or even bring them to end their own or others. =)

See? That's what you're missing. If they're holding your something that small against you, after you've made it right, they're wronging you, and they need to grow the heck up. Before you make it right, before you have an idea how to set it straight, fine, they can be angry until you do, but, after you've fixed it, the person you wronged, needs to let it drop. That's why it's advised to ask those you wrong, how you can make it right. They're more likely to except your action of apology that way. I did piss xpluswearer off. All capital letters and an exclamation point,--dead giveaway, but, It was late, I had a soft spot for someone no one else seems to like, and we both said some things. I let go of defense and slight shock, and he forgave me. Water under the bridge.
Whew, Thank god I am wearing diapers eh? Actually takes far more to piss me off FYI.. Again was having a discussion err Dialogue...

Okay, gee, how do I explain this. If I am provoked to use a gun, you're darn right. I will. The thing is, what constitutes the appropriate provocation to use a gun. Sane, reasonable gun toting Americans all have the same answer. The initiation of deadly force. If someone initiated deadly force, goodbye.

If someone, for example, told me, "You're going to die, bashed the back of my head on the concrete, and beat me so badly about the face, I couldn't see, and was choking on my own blood, that someone would die, hopefully, before it goes that far. I'd probably use my gun, if I had one, the moment I was sure, if I let said person keep trying, he, or she'd kill me, but that's literally another thread.

That's what I'm interpreting. Words are the most powerful weapon in the world, and you hope you never have to bring someone down with them, but you are armed with the ones you need to do that, if need be? Right?

That is a very clear illustration of a situation that I hope will never ever happen to you, SpAzpieSweeTot. :smile1: I was just going to sleep but after this I think I'll have to wait some time... :tongueout:

I don't have a license either. Hell, I still live with my parents. I'm not underage just because of these things. There are a lot of people out there who are like this as well. It's not right to judge someone unless you have definite proof. I still live with my parents because I'm disabled, and I'm unable to support myself BECAUSE I'm disabled. Are you guys going to judge me and accuse me of being underage too? I mean really... like SweeTot said... don't be so quick to judge what other people say. This person is from another country, and they may not be able to express themselves in English.

With that said, I totally understand your dilemma. My situation is rather different from your own... but I totally understand the struggles.

It goes a bit deeper than just having the words, but pretty much. I’d rather use words as postitive reinforcement than to plant a false bug into someone’s mind to create mental anguish and despair. Words, if used properly, can also be used to incite the creation of life, whether it be a medical, mental, emotional, or sexual situations. Words open doors to emotions and flood the brain with chemicals. Silver tongued people hold the master key.

You shouldn't steal diapers from people who need them, but it's the past and it's already done, don't do it again sweetie.

We all do stupid shit sometimes. Think of it as a learning experience. You can't undo the past but you can learn from your mistakes.

I don't blame you for what you are doing. I had to take my grandmother's pads after i ran you of my last pack of pullups my first time. I just hope that someday you can actually get your own things. Try not to take from your grandmother as much as you can though. okay?

So you know that you’re a douchebag for stealing and think that posting about it will stop you? Or are you posting in hopes of other posters supporting you or help absolve you of your guilt? Clearly you won’t stop because you made excuses of why you did it.
Wooah...give the person a break. I am 43yo and can buy ABDL diapers when I need them. When I was a kid I stole them from disabled children. I was 8. Lol.

You say you cant get diapers yet in your profile you say "crincles and little paws" are your favourit diapers yet these you cant get these in a pharmacy only by post or specialist shops.
You need to consider your grandmothers position should she run out, man up to your responsibilities and stop making excuses for yourself.
Im incontinent not by choice yet you have a choice unlike your grandmother!
If your online you can order your own!

Yeah, “lol” stealing is really funny. If some idiot comes to your house and steals your stuff will you give them a break and “lol”. The poster stated that they have money. There is no excuse for those actions. It’s despicable and a disgusting action. People like you who say that it’s ok are equally as low.

Count me in with the despicable and disgusting. I too have occasionally stolen a diaper or two when I was much younger. I am not proud of it, I am not saying that it is ok, and I regret it. But I can understand that there are circumstances in which someone is tempted to do so. And that there are more reasons than just money.

Maybe we should do a poll. It would be interesting to know how many of us have ever stolen a diaper.

Not me! I would not risk a criminal record for a thrill! Theft is just flat out wrong on many counts!
