I need advice from y'all!

I wear at work. I operate a sit down forklift almost the entire day. Today I literally got called out in Carhartt brown pants for my wet spot.
I've never been so embarrassed. It wasn't even a turn on.

So please....

What do you guys wear to cut back on leaks?

A high quality brief aka tape up diaper plastic backed with tall standing leak guards with a booster and if that don't get it done add a thin cloth all in one over the top .. do that with a northshore mega-max and its freekin fort Knox

Leaks are a pain and efforts, needs to be taken to assure that the side guards are up and working. High Volume /quality diapers help and using diaper covers (plastic pants) add that additional level of side leak guards. Kind of like over-kill. Remember that it all starts with taking the time to assure all the built-in safeguards are in place. If you are a heavy wetter (welcome) booster pads work and help greatly.
Yes, and North Shore Mega Max is my favorite as well. Also their diaper cover is great!

I’ve never worn them but I would think that the bloomer style plastic or rubber pants would be very effective at eliminating wet spots in the anterior of your Carhartts. If they weren’t completely eliminated the wet spots would be moved down quite a was from your derrière so that it wouldn’t be obvious that you were diapered. That Carhartt tan would definitely make wet spots highly visible so your embarrassment is well understood.

Press out leaks are inevitable if you don't know with some reasonable certainty, the absorbency/capacity of your diaper in relationship to your wetting frequency and volume. I am very good at knowing when I am pushing the limits of my diaper, but I have had the occasional press out leak at work. My work atmosphere is a professional setting with business casual dress and when I had the press out leak with a crescent shaped wet stain in the back of my pants, my sport coat or untucked shirt offered enough cover until my small wet stain dried. I can change in the privacy of my own office and keep an extra diaper in my brief case for situations such as these. Of course, plastic pants will also help. Another preventive discretion and courtesy practice I use are several drops of baby powder scented oil inside my diaper to keep me smelling fresh and clean. Just search with your preferred browser "scented oils." There are different companies with many scent choices. Some coworkers have even commented on how nice I smell and have asked about my after shave or cologne, little did they know how wet I was. I also enjoy messing my diaper but never at work or even around my wife, my private enjoyed activity. Scented oils won't cover up my messy diaper, I just smell like I messed my diaper with baby powder scent mixed in!

That's why I hate those DAMN aerosol bathroom "freshening" sprays. Makes it smell just like someone took a massive shit in a F'ing PINE TREE or Coconut grove and I stepped in it LOL

I often wear nappies at night to save having to get up twice or more for a wee. Over said nappy I wear waterproof pants and then plastic bloomers over them. This ensures that any leaks get trapped in the bloomers. Never had an issue yet with damp sheets.

Good capacity diaper and well fitted plastic pants over will help.

When sitting your compressing the seat of your diaper and if there's no where else for the pee to be absorbed it'll go the path of least resistance, leg guards or not. Simple solution, stand up more often and pee then, lol. Give some time for the diaper to wick and lock away the moisture then sit safely. Thicker diapers can help because there's more absorbancy available in the padding not in the seat and the seat may be able to absorb some depending on how compressed it is. You may need to change more often to make sure the diaper doesn't leak when sitting.

Diapers, no matter how thick, can't magically lift your butt off the seat to make room for pee, it's not a truck lift and there's no magical springs in there too uncompress the part your sitting on. As many of us know and you've experienced, leaks while sitting are a pretty common problem. Diapers work best when they've got room to expand.

I do not work anymore I Retired in Jan. 2022 after I got Covid and was put under for a Month. When I woke up I had catheter stuck in my ding-a-ling. The night nurse who I loved came in one night/morning 1: 00A.M.ish she asked me if would prefer a diaper over the catheter? I said yes that thing hurt. Ever since then my Incontinence has got worse. But anyhow I am sitting here watching tv and on the computer and never realized I had a very wet diaper with plastic pants on and get up to go take a shower and change myself and my pajamas ar soaked at the back and the chair was wet and my diaper as I found out when I took the plastic pants off were about to fall off I did notice I was that wet and never felt myself wet so much. I guess maybe sometimes I should wear the way I fix my night diaper up with a large pee pad as a stuffer I do not want to ruin my furniture especially the chair I sit in. I had not done that before.

This puppy often leaks sitting down, get to programming and not paying attention to how much have used the diaper. The built up heat between butt and chair means leaks don't get cold, so often find that leaked when standing up. Diapers don't feel wet / full unless there's movement (or you proactively check yourself), at rest and sitting might notice when wetting but unless there's a stream of liquid running against the skin outside the diaper, no clue it's leaking.

As a diaper trained adult, this puppy chooses to never hold back it's pee, but does berate itself for not checking and getting changed before leaking, lol.

Oh, another thing that might help, stand up and walk around more often. For this puppy standing often means wetting too (something is less-kinked internally, making wetting much easier/ urgent standing than sitting). Sitting for long periods isn't good for your body, so bonus for your general health and gives your diaper time and room to absorb.

Just keep track of your diapers capacity. Or don’t wear brown pants.

I also have that problem when driving but so far a good snug fitting pair of real rubber pants has stopped leaks at least twice in the last few weeks. I also tried snug fitting plastic pants that don't work as well and the coated nylon pants also but the legs are not snug fitting enough but even then on an hour drive they only leaked when I stood up to exit my SUV.

I also wear the plastic bloomers sometimes but rubber pants are my go to for overnight protection mostly. I purchased some rubber bloomers from Rearz a few years ago but one day I put my toe through the side leg and they tore open down the side. I was almost in tears as they were favourites of mine and I don't seem to be able to replace them yet.

A high capacity diaper and a water proof diaper cover. It may be a little harder to conceal but it will help prevent embarrassing moments like the one you had experienced.
