This is not an uncommon topic on sites devoted to sissies and those males who want to be little (or even big) girls. It may have already been addressed on ADISC but I am new here and have not yet seen it.

I think most sissies are heterosexual and likely married so their dressing as little girls is done indoors with or without their wife's knowledge or - if they are fortunate - the wife or another lady acting as Mummy. Other males do not often make an appearance although in a cuckolded relationship this may happen whereby the wife's lover is aware that her husband is dressed and treated as a little girl and may willingly add to his humiliation. The sissy husband may have to address his wife's lover as Daddy and may even be smacked and verbally abused by him. The sissy becomes the parents' little girl and is kept dressed and treated as such within the home and in front of visitors who add to his obvious humiliation. A much younger girl may become his babysitter (as in my case) and will often be more strict and humiliating than Mummy and Daddy.

In my situation, Mummy has often brought lady friends to the house who occasionally have been accompanied by their husbands or male friends. These husbands are considered normal or real men who find it highly amusing to see a male of their own age or older dressed in frilly frocks and undies, having to curtsy, recite nursery rhymes, and address them as Sir or Uncle in a babyish lisp. Their teasing can be excruciating to the extent of making me cry. However, in some cases it has been obvious that they are sexually drawn to me. For example, taking me on their lap and make me kiss them on their lips. while putting their hands up my dress and fondling my frilly. knickers. I did not like this at first but gradually began to enjoy their attention. I was flattered that they said I was a pretty little girl. One of Mummy's gentlemen friends even visited me when she was not there and took full advantage of the situation which I have to confess I enjoyed. Having a very good looking man attarcted to me made me feel extremely feminine and the ultimate sissy and I was flattered that he wanted me to please him in so many ways. He most certinly made me feel more like a girl. and a real sissy.

I have often thought longingly of and pined for this kind of relationship. As an asexual, gender fluid person I have learned that I enjoy pleasing others much more than myself.

I have mixed feelings regarding humiliation, but I do like to feel vulnerable, naive, open. Feeling like you have no control or choices, makes you appreciate those times when you do that much more. ☺️

I might not be the right person to comment on this post, but though I think a lot of sissys are straight men, there's also a lot of people into sissy porn that end up being trans women. This is a lovely answer. Like you I enjoy pleasing others much more than myself which is a reflection of the natural submissive nature of being a little girl or baby girl. I fully accept humiliation if it pleases my audience whether male or female and whatever their age. I view them as my superiors and it is my duty to please them. Like you I adore being hyper feminine but I am a sissy and not, as you are, a real girl. Being with a real man made me feel ultra sissy and submissive and it seemed completely natural to pleasure him in any way he desired.

Actually, I think we differ in that I don't dress hyper feminine to please anyone else. I do it because it makes me happy and feel cute. I guess where my experience is different is you write, "I enjoy pleasing others much more than myself," but to me, if you enjoy pleasing others, than you are pleasing yourself, too. I like making others happy because it makes me happy! So my approach is to do things that make both others and me happy. So that's a little different than the humiliation angle. I don't see dressing feminine as humiliating because it's just myself, and there's nothing wrong with being feminine. 🥰

To add on, in my own relationship with my girlfriend, while I am subby towards her, I prefer a soft dom approach where she's loving and "care-giving" back. I want to be loved and supported, so I like being my cute self who's also helpful and I receive praise and affection in return. So I guess I like soft doms more while you like hard doms, which is totally valid!
