I have to say it's amazing sitting in a sauna with nothing but a hollow tunnel plug and a diaper. The sounds coming from down there due to the tunnel plug coupled with the safety and security of the diaper is phenomenal. Obviously the purpose of the sauna is to sweat your butt off. Keep in mind the diaper is containing much of that sweat from my nether regions and mixing with anything else coming out. Not something I normally do. But oh what a feeling.

I hate sweating, so it's a no no for me, but I'm glad thou enjoyest it 😊

Sweating has a purpose. Typically to regulate the temperature of your body. But for the purpose of the sauna is to relax the muscles and detoxify.
I agree that sweating well just casually outside sucks.
