I have been sick with the flu the past two days and want to know how you all get nasty germs off your pacifiers when you are feeling better so you don’t get sick again.

Usually I heard that it is recommended to wash them with dish soap and/or boil them to kill the germs!

In most cases, simply washing in dish washing detergent is enough to clean pacifiers.

However, if sick or you want an extra layer of protection, boiling for 1 minute is also good. Note that some pacifiers MAY be damaged by hot water. However, I have 6 pacifiers of different types and manufacturers and boiling works for all of them.
