Diaper Lover, Diaperfur,
I just went to request forum and this was the header:

Please note:

* You should use "Close Thread" in the thread tools menu once you are satisfied with the answer given to you. This will mark the thread as resolved.
* If you change your mind later, you can use "Open Thread" in the same menu to re-open the request.

If this is the permanent header that all persons will see when they use the requests forum, I say, Well Done Moo. If it isn't then it ought to be.

I agree, I wasn`t aware I -could- close the thread until I read that!

Yes, this is a permanent header that everyone sees.

The requests forum now sorts threads into open (not closed) at the top, and then resolved (closed) at the bottom.

This is done so that we mods can keep track of which issues remain to be addressed, and which have been successfully resolved.

It is one of the new features that I implemented a few days ago, designed to make it easier and faster for members to get their requests/questions answered.
