I'm sorry to be the hundredth person to ask, but why was Rebel cancelled? They seemed pretty popular and they were the only unique diapers I think Rearz had. They were like *the* Rearz diaper for me... And now they're gone forever... so I guess I'll never need to buy any Rearz stuff again. Which is sad but I just don't care for any of their other themes. But anyway, what the heck happened? [Insert confused skeleton emoji]

(I was gonna get the bottle to match them but obviously that's pointless now)

As far as I know, you can still get Rebel in pink.

I really don't know why the black ones were discontinued. I've heard they're pretty responsive if contacted with questions and/or comments.

The rebels are still available for sale. We are discontinuing the Rebel print going forward due to low sales and to make room for new products in the future. We should still have stock for the rest of the year.

I feel the exact same way 😢 The Rebels are the ONLY diapers I like from Rearz. I'm not a fan of anything baby looking for myself. It seems that Rearz is only concentrating on AB merchandise now... I really hope they release another cool design in the future. That being said, I'm looking to buy some more Rebels before they leave.

We are just removing what doesn't move in our warehouse.

If you are looking for Rebel onesies right now we are doing a special until the end of February where you can get matching training pants for 50% OFF. Just need to add both to your cart and the training pants will be 50% OFF.

Not in Australia. None of the suppliers over here stock them anymore. It'd cost me well over a hundred bucks to have them sent here from the Great North. If I had that kind of money to spend, I'd snatch every last one. But dreams for for those who sleep soundly and I simply cannot sleep knowing Rebels won't be around anymore 🥺

I'll get over it but I think a lot of people agree. Even though you find most of them don't like them because they aren't babyish enough. But then you find people who think they're better because they aren't babyish. I'm into both, so I'm sad that there won't be anything in-between the Black and the White in the future. A good print that I shan't be gifted with. Also the thickness and fit felt so unique (I know they're the same as some other Rearz that are still available but gimme the benefit of placebo here)

Some people might discover some of your products because they purchased others and casually saw them. Have ye thought about that possibility?

Knowing this board is representative for AB/DL and that there are negative feedback towards that decision, I'd consider if it would affect negatively to your sales and customer fidelity in the future, one of them literally said zie has no reason to buy anything from you anymore ("what if another 'special' product became discontinued?" and that kind of thoughts could be a serious issue).

We'd have to think if the product is really the problem too, or if it's rather the marketing strategy. Is dumping a DL product a good idea knowing some AB or littles start from there or change preferences as time passes by?

Have you asked any of our Australian retailers if they plan on stocking them?

Thank you for the feedback. Although I certainly understand there a a lot of people who like the Rebel diapers it is just not what people are buying. If there was more of an interest then we would reconsider.

Would it be worth to sell them from time to time? Like a limited offer or article, for example. I wonder if that would help making them more coveted, like what happens with other discontinued articles (not necessarily related to AB/DL). Maybe it could even keep the attention from old customers.

I know it costs money to store articles though, so that's why I'm also asking about how viable it would be.

Guys, as much as I lament the lack of DL options (and shrinking options, at that), DL designs just don’t have the rabid demand that AB designs do. We can argue until we’re blue in the face, but unless you want to open a DL focused reseller and independently account for all the necessary demand of those designs, then it’s hard to justify products keeping that don’t move. It even costs money to just sit on a shelf. That’s the reality of the business. Of course, if you opened a DL focused biz, you’d come face to face with these realities as well.

It may return in some way in the future but unlikely to be the exact same as before.
