Don't really know, personally...however, this little tidbit I did stumble upon: the first-known use of the word "diaper" was from Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew: "Another bear the ewer, the third a diaper". Yes, diaper...not "nappy". 🤭 And Shakespeare was a Brit, y'know. #NeenerX3 🤣
