Pokemon day today?!

Happy pokemon day everyone! 😊

I didn't notes until they said about it on the new but sure enough it has been around for 27 years today, since I have seen so many people on here that have pokemon profile pictures (and I'm sure there is others that love pokemon too).

So with that I was just going to ask what everyone's top 5 (or more if you really want hehe) favourite pokemon are and by all means you can and why they are your favourite too.

To try and stop myself from asking to manny things other then your top 5 favourite pokemon I'll just say that if there is anything you want to add like what game you liked best or how many pokemon you have at home to cuddle with by all means post away since it is pokemon day after all .

P.S I will put my own top 5 down and maybe some other stuff but I'll do that later since I'm at work right now .

Right I am at least home and free to add my own top 5 (lol just spent like 10mins going down the list to think of my top 5), well I'll say top 6 since looking at the list I didn't want to miss one of them off. (well mostly top 6 I will add there evolution too kind of):

• starting with Ho-oh which for the longest time was my favourite legendary end of
• on to my newest favourite legendary galarian Moltres, I like Zapdos or Articuno as non galarian more but galarian Moltres is just so pretty
• going on to my first favourite bird Fearow which was just so cool when I just started playing (Spearow is cute too)
• my last bird favourite bird of this list of 6 will be Altaria which I just love madly (Swablu is super cute too and mega Altaria is pretty cool)
• dont know why but I just really liked Lanturn, was pretty good and looked cool (pretty much the same for Chinchou but more cute)
• lastly alolan Vulpix which for some reason I found more cute/ cool then non alolan (same thing for alolan Ninetales but was a lot more pretty

Other then that I start playing when I was like 9 with Pokémon emerald (well did do other stuff before then but didn't really know what I was doing haha), I have a lot of cards too and if I have time I do still play same times but for now I tend to watch you tubers do nuzlocke soul links and then we battle most often now since I work a lot.

all pretty cute, have to say now that I have looked it over it was hard for me to pick what I loved over what was strong (and I liked a lot) and what was just so god dam cute haha

There are so many cute ones, really. I'll admit to being the stereotype of a Pikachu fan though. I completely adore Pikachu, and am in fact wearing a Pikachu shirt at this very moment.

Mew, Charizard, Mewtwo, Pikachu, Eevee.

I tried to go with a little cute and as well as strong/versatile. Mew is my favorite pokemon and Charizard #2 absolutely. I did chores for a month to earn enough allowance to buy a GameboyPocket and Pokemon red when it first came out in the US. I still have my original red cartridge in my desk drawer <3.

Likening those water start starters huh there really is so many cute ones.... I like that most of them start of cute and end up strong (well a lot of them anyway haha), pretty sure Pikachu will last forever. (not a huge fan myself but I like it more than some other Pokémon for sure)

am in fact wearing a Pikachu shirt at this very moment.

Seeing as its Pokémon 27th anniversary it is a good days indeed to be wearing such a shirt. (even if it was by luck haha)

Mew, Charizard, Mewtwo, Pikachu, Eevee.

To be fair all of them are iconic in the world of Pokémon.

I tried to go with a little cute and as well as strong/versatile.

Its hard I know , the thing for me is there is a lot I like that are cute but I tend to just enjoy there cuteness when I see them since a lot of them wont cut it when trying to beat the games. (well they might work at the start and then they tend to evolve in to less cute and more cool/ strong or pretty Pokémon later on which is helpful anyway)

Jirachi. Just, Jirachi.
Eevee, possibly the cutest of the Pokemon on my list.
Inteleon, but Sobble works here too. Starter on my first one of Shield, which I spent wayyyy too much time on.
Also shiny Zeraora. Basically the same reason I used for Jirachi.

Leafeon is my fave, I have a soft spot for caterpie because misty was evil to her in the series 😂😭, nine tails is just awesome, squirtle is very cute and eevee has to be on there 💜💜💜

While I think all the starts are pretty iconic gen 1 really just has that much more going on (like mega evolution and Gmax), I always forget that Jirachi has nothing to do with the lake guardians. (Still pretty cute for a legendary) Dont know if you have seen if but I have been watching a you tuber that has made the rest of the Eeveevolution types that were never made and they are pretty cool, Eevee really is a one of a kind in the pokemon world. Inteleon Gmax is pretty cool and dont even get me started on shiny Haha.

😂😂😂 I’m subtle with my favourites 😂 and yessss omg!!! But now I always check I can get a leafeon straight away on new games 🤣😏

Inteleon Gmax is pretty cool and dont even get me started on shiny Haha.

I'm not really a fan of any of the Gmax forms they added with the Isle of Armour, at least appearance wise. I'll keep on using gmax on Toxtricity

This is my top 5 favourite Pokémon list:

1. Manaphy: it's so adorable and it's a marine creature!! 😍
2. Jirachi: an adorable wish granting Pokémon, it definitely deserves a place here.
3. Mewtwo & Gardevoir: I struggled choosing the position for these two, Mewtwo is one of my favorites from childhood, he's still the stronger Pokémon ever! 😤 However, my heart breaks when I think about leaving Gardevoir behind, so this is a tie! 😠
4. Omastar: praise Lord Helix! He was my favourite even since my childhood and one of my most powerful Pokémon.
5. Registeel: beep beep beep! 😍😍😍

Honorific top:

6. Alakazam: he was OP during 1st Gen and was my second favourite along with Omastar.
7. Darkrai: who doesn't like it? 😊

I had a second cartridge for trading it, but thank thee for the info. I remember it took me a while to get Pokémon Red and the Transfer Pak, and I was lucky it already had a save file! (I started with Pokémon Blue beforehand and I was stuck at the Safari Zone).
