Hi everyone. So I’m laying here sucking on my little for big paci Mcgarrity comfy cozy in my Rearz onesie, all diapered up in a MegaMax, and I had A thought... I want plastic pants to prevent leaking while I sleep. I have been wanting to buy some cute plastic pants for a while. I know there are a ton of options on Amazon and ABDL websites but does anyone have a suggestion on which brands or website to order from that are domestic in the USA? I want something cute and functional.

Yep! My favorites over the last years have come from Baby-Pants (https://baby-pants.com/) and Fetware (http://www.fetware.com/). Different folks will likely recommend different models and designs, and of course there’s personal preference. I’ve had good success with the Fetware locking plastic pants and the Baby-Pants Gerber white pants (though the latter are having some availability issues right now).

Two quick thoughts as well:
  1. Plastic pants can help contain leaks a bit, but without anything absorbent between them and the disposable diaper underneath, any leaks will just tend to pool and seep out. Might want to consider adding at least a thin cloth diaper between to help.
  2. How noisy do you want them to be? Some are pretty quiet, and others are loud enough to wake the dead. Keep an eye on the product descriptions to find the right one for you!

If you poop & want to stay in your diaper for awhile but don't like the smell plastic pants will keep the smell contained.

Material wise, you have two main options for the waterproof part: PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and PU (polyurethane). PU ones will be more expensive, but also be more quiet, softer and last longer.
Design wise, try to pick the ones with wide & soft elastic bands at both crotch and legs (for both comfort and functionality purposes). Wide crotch is also important: a combination of tight elastic bands and wide crotch does work better to prevent leaks.

Is baby-pants.com still working. I have tried to order from them several times over the last few months and have not been able to successfully log in.

If you’re worried about containing leaks from a disposable at night, I would suggest terry or flannel lined plastic pants. That way, there is an extra medium to soak up the leak, and you have the outer plastic pant, to prevent the wetness from getting to the sheets, and anything else.
You can find pants like these at, LL Medico (US) https://www.llmedico.com/gary-pull-on-flannel-lined-plastic-pants/
And the hyperlink to the terry lined pants, https://www.llmedico.com/gary-pull-on-terry-lined-plastic-pants/
Another fine online shop, https://www.babykins.com/collections/adult-terry-lined-plastic-pants/
They are actually in British Columbia Canada, but they do ship from, and to the US.

Another member mentioned a problem with baby-pants.com but I ordered from them in December, 2020 without any problems.
