No, it's a totally different feeling.

Pads are meant for one purpose....most of us women who deal with our period each month and wear pads dislike them because of what they are strictly used for.

Diapers on the other hand have a more different meaning, and are used for comfort, security, sexual pleasure, incontinence and medical issues..etc.

So in answering your question...there is no enjoyment or correlation between us women wearing a pad vs wearing a diaper during our time of the month.

A question about women's periods.

I am not a woman, but I do have periods. I used to think I wouldn't be very into diapers because wearing pads made me feel like I was "wearing a diaper" and it was unpleasant. Since having spent a few days in a diaper (at home), I have learned they're not really alike at all! Pads are set up to be in your underwear and, for me, tend to rub. Not in a fun way, either. On multiple occasions, I've ended up with rashes, and try to use disposable menstrual cups when I can find them in store. I am considering test running diapers for periods in the future, however, just to see if it ends up less of an uncomfortable experience by adding my littlespace and kinks into it. Hope this post helps!
