My labs are decent, VA says it’s “severe OAB and UUI”. If my labs are fine what if it’s weak pelvic floor muscles and all it takes is mental and physical training? I’ve had years of horrible BMs and straining due to IBS.. I’m no Doctor House here but just thinking what if that’s the case. And if anyone’s had this happen.
-Cheers

This is hard to say without knowing how they came to this conclusion. There a lot of way dealing with OAB wet. The biggest successor is often a change of drinking, eating and voiding behaviour as well as the improvement of the overall condition. Kegel can help - but this depends from case to case and can be also contraindicated. I would suggest to ask a specialist PT - they mostly know it much better then a GP or even some urologists. For me that worked even with PBS.

I've had pelvic floor PT, and it helped a lot. The therapist mostly did abdominal trigger point release, plus a small amount of internal work with my rectal muscles, and I had significant reductions in pain and urgency. My insurance eventually decided they weren't going to cover it anymore, but I feel like I got both short term and long term help for my OAB.
