We've just discovered that Pampers have released a size 8 babydry diaper/nappy in the UK. It's 17+ kg/37+ lbs - largest baby diaper ever, as far as we know.

In terms of being the largest baby nappy ever, there surely has to be bigger. I’ve heard Mamia in Australia make nappies for children over 44lbs (20 kg)

Somewhere else on this forum, people wrote that Darlings stopped with their biggest size.
