What difference does it make if it's baby or an adult one. The issue is simply the size. I guess you're concerned too much with the status.

The status is not the issue, besides the obvious size difference I (and I would say many others too) would like to see the same design the baby pacifies have just as a upscaled version. I might be able to point out some differences on the weekend if you like.
