Do any of you just wear a diaper with no onsie and have no issues? Like leaking or any of that such? Maybe just pants or shorts if your going out to work or just going out?

Almost always a onesie for me to work, sometimes other times. I was always a crisp white t-shirt guy, still am, so wearing a onesie with a snug crotch is a win-win. I get to wear something that helps keep my diaper in place and nice n snug when wet or messy, but a nice undershirt too. Weekend wear for me is usually jeans and hoodie, and a onesie is great in this too! But not for workout, usually just an adult disposable underwear or pullup for working out.
Oh, also love other colors of onesies too, I have blue, light blue, black, and gray....

Onesie, diaper or training pants and plastic pants most of the time.

I've come to require a onesie for when I need to wear a diaper. They go hand in hand, they feel naked without each other.

When I just get diapered before putting my onesie on, I feel like it's already sagging without the support of the onesie.

I would wear a onesie even without a diaper in winter. It covers your back if you bend over.

Have not used onesie as it just added to the bulk for me.
Diaper and diaper covers have always worked, but I can see the advantage.

I have a couple of ABU onesies--plain colors, not printed. (I work from home, but I'm in Skype and Zoom calls often enough that my onesies have to pass for shirts.) My main reason for wearing them is simply to feel little. They're so good for that. Along with diapers, bottles, and a pacifiers, they keep my workday from becoming excessively serious. I'm not paid nearly enough to be 100% big. :)

Usually I´ll want to do something about sagging with either onesies or boxer briefs for when I´m out and about, and let my diaper sag freely while at home.

Plastic pants provide some extra insurance against leaks in public and also feel wonderful when you clasp a onesie over them.

It´s advisable to check periodically for fabric climbing up into the leg gathers of your diapers as it may wick wetness and cause leaks.
