Okay, I got a few samples from Northshore for their Supreme Briefs, small and mediums.

I've yet to try out the mediums, but let me tell you about the smalls....

I feel like I'm wearing a baby diaper, they are that small.

My waist is around 28-29" I'm also 6'4" tall.

Their website states smalls are 22" to 32" I fall in the upper scale of them.

I fit, however they are quite snug, mainly the leg openings. The top is about 2.5" below my belly button.

So if you're looking for a diaper that is similar to a baby diaper size, these might interest you.

Okay, update on the smalls....

WOW!!!!

These diapers might be small, but their holding capacity is giant.

This one held 3 wettings, around 150-200ml each, then I messed in it and had a post-mess wetting. It did not leak at all, not even when I sat down and squished it.

Here's some images of the NS compared to a Medium Abena M4:

I didn't think about taking measurements before I put them both up. I'm sure there's a review thread on the M4 that states the size of it.

These are mighty little diapers. I love them after just the first use.

I'm hoping the mediums work just as good or better.

Yep, they are about 3/4 of a size smaller than others by their description, but they're known for good capacity. Their smalls are probably the best adult-capacity diaper available for big kids ;)
