So a month or so ago I got a Northsore Megamax Tie Dy single sample with my Crinklz buccaneer from them.

Spoiler alert, I tried it yesterday and it was horrible. Nowhere near the half the capacity of ABU and leaked all over my tile floor after one pee (I do like ABU but their capacity is bad too). Crinklz is the winner in my book for capacity and overnight non leak

Did you get a bad fit? Megamaxes fit surprisingly large for the same size compared with most other diapers.

Also, it is important to properly prepare your diaper before you put it in place.
This commonly requires that the diaper is folded lengthwise in half and one flattens out the normal folding bumps. Then open the diaper lengthwise and Pull at the front and back to set the side guards fully in place and assure that they are not folder or out of place. This is true for any Adult diaper as a prep. And, also as stated above, they run a bit larger than Euro diapers. Most China diapers are end runs or start-up runs of production runs and their sizes are all over the place depending on what they last ran (sold only in china).
The leak you defined was more than likely a side guard not in its proper location.

Your experience is very different from my experience with MegaMax. I've had samples of tie dye, but I wear plain white most of the time. I am IC, and wet frequently in small amounts. I never need to worry about leaks, even when the diaper is close to its limit.

Everyone's experience, of course, is unique. You must decide what works best for you.

they sent me a "medium size". I knew I would be swimming in it based on the waste size of 34 to 44 inch size. I am a 34 inch waist size. It was firmly attached to me and comfortable to where. but absorbancy sux. It started leaking after the first small wet.

my crinklz can handle all of that through the night.

They infact don’t suck.

Sounds like with defective. Or operator error to me.

Yeah, I've had good luck with them. My best trial was 3,197 ml, 108 fl oz.

Out of the 200 or so diapers I've tested, the MegaMax was ninth place.

I don't wear MegaMax but I can assure you based on testimonials by just the users of this site, that diaper did not leak after one small wetting. You had to do something that would have caused it to leak.

Get it in small and try again. Your experience is clearly a statistical outlier.

I am about a buck 145 to 150 wet. If Northshore branded medium is meant for someone around 175 to 200 lbs at my 5'10 height then so be it, Perhaps that is why I have never had good luck with their branded products in size medium. I still like them as a company, they serve me well with their other products (crinklz), I just have never had luck with their branded is all.

I know it must be frustrating experiencing issues with really expensive, premium diapers.

However, you should contact Northshore and give them a chance to make things right. Out of all the diaper companies, they're the ones I hear most about when it comes to good customer service.

So before ruling them off, at least try another case, try a smaller size (MegaMaxes from what I've heard run large), check the leakguards. If you still have issues with your second case, then you have every right to rule them off.

I don't know why you just feel like saying things that are not true. But NO WAY IN HELL a Mega Max leaked after one wetting I don't care how big the wetting. Also NO WAY IN HELL crinklz out preform them. Unless you got way way the wrong size or miss used the product. Between 4pm and midnight last night I drank almost a full gal of tea. I put on a fresh medium mega max tie-dye at midnight and I did not change it for 13 hours. I was sick this morning and stayed in bed tell after 1pm. It felt like it was about to leak but it never did, not one drop If you did not miss uses the product then you are flat out a liar! I have not used the crinlz but I have used the better dry nights that are the same thing. I am not saying they are a horrible diaper but they are not even close to a Mega Max. I have used most every incontinent product made. Meg Max are at the top of that list

Northshore megamax work 100% of the time when worn properly. From the taping to fitting the diaper to one's body how it should be while ensuring the leg gatherers are nicely set, it's impossible for these diapers not to work. I never leak in a megamax unless it's near full capacity. "Full capacity as in the #1 visibly completely swamping the back near top side of the diaper" 😂 I've been taking that extra minute or two contouring mine from front to back so it makes a deep channel for flow no matter how much I'm running around at work. It'll have a dry bulge from the start but definitely when done right, it'll REALLY bulge after multiple peeings and the press out will just push up to the back when I sit down because the front & bottoms so wet! Also forgot to say, contouring/creasing/shaping these diapers tp your bodies while taping helps fit and increases the chances for your diaper to reach closer to its rated 6500ml- whatever max absorbtion levels its claimed to achieve. I hope this has helped someone who's thinking about megamaxes 😂

I'm pretty new to diapers, and Megamax were my first stint into adult diapers. But they're very very good, as I've only had one issue with them and that was because of user error. I had peed and they leaked out of the left leg, but that was just because of the way I was sitting (also I probably didn't activate the leak guard lol)

I'd recommend trying them once again, but making sure you activate the leak guards by stretching the diaper a bit and by getting the right size ^^

Sorry guys, but the last case I bought was thinner and less absorbent .
I have always had strong support for them but it‘s not worth my time to go through the same thing from a couple years ago . They will still work as a daytime diaper.
and yes Adam I know I can contact you and complain but it’s a time thing, thank you for all the good years.
And yes there is no way a crinkles out performed them.

I still think this guy must have put it on inside out ....only way a mega max is leaking first wetting. . 👍 Perhaps he sat on many sharp objects for reasons unknown maybe he got one that was defective I mean who knows what happened and I'll give the op the benefit of the doubt ...but some thing smells like bullship to me. Period
