I’m been struggling on and off with nighttime IC for years now but recently I’ve been having daytime issues.

I’m hoping some of y’all can point me in the direction of some good, discrete but actually absorbent diaper for daytime wear.

Thanks 💜

As embarrassing as it may be…I’d first go to your doctor and make sure it’s not something serious (if you’re now having dat and night ic). Then learn some Kegal exercises.

Hello, Betterdry makes a daytime version of their nightime diapers that should work good for you.

NorthShore supreme, Abena, Total dry, Incontrol elite hybird. Tranquility. Seni pullups and diapers are real good too. Some of the tena diapers are good too.

I would suggest getting some samples and see what works best. Pullups or tab diapers. You can buy sample packs of many good diapers like wellness Abena, incontrol, rearz, total dray, Better dry and many more for cheap or try a small bag. I would not recommend buying a case of anything without trying them first.
I know the following offer free samples and most of these include shipping free

Tena
Attends
Depends
Seni
Northshore
Tranquility
Prevail
Molicare/ hartmann

Also look up the Youtube channel realworldincontinence They havegreat reviews.
