Yesterday my sleepytroll baby rocker arrived š
Its great it attaches to my pram and gently rocks it, its so soothing, I took of my wet swollen night nappy, and put on a clean fresh lil Bella nappy and onesie, my pram is in the loungeroom I put on stories read aloud on you tube, turned sleepytroll on strapped myself in my stroller, sucked down my bottle (comotomo baby bottle)
The gentle rocking while sucking on my bottle made me so relaxed, I wet my nappy and fell asleep, I woke up and now I'm sucking my dummy and wet my nappy again.
I store my pram in the nursery under my cot, no-one goes in our room, if family were to find it well I'm outed, I have c-ptsd and emotional dysregulation disorder, from many years of abuse starting from a very young age, i guess something switched in my brain as a way to cope,I cannot turn infantilism off, I've kept it secret this long, my hubby(daddy) is good with it luckily.
