What do you play and what do you own?

I sing, play guitar, bass guitar, saxophone, piano, and drums, albeit poorly in all instances:sweatdrop:

I have four guitars; An OLP MM1, A Kay Strat knockoff, a Harmony H-804, and a Chinese acoustic

I have two amplifiers; A 1989 Fender M-80 Chorus 2x12 combo and a 15 watt Behringer modeling amp

For effects I have a Yamaha MagicStomp

I also have a Casio CTK-700 keyboard

I have the musical skill of a twitching chipmunk with cerebral palsy, excluding drums which I have never actually played excluding rockband.

Edit: 700th post! W00t! Sad that it's about how I suck with music...

I play the drums. I have this 40 year old (it might be older) Gretsch kit that's in surprisingly good condition. The hardware is a jumble of different parts from other kits, though. The bass pedal is Pearl piece, the high hat pedal is a Rogers piece, and the drum heads consist of Remo and generic fittings.

My crash cymbal is a NuVader and my ride cymbal is a Zildjian.

I play clarinet, and occasionally, I compose music. It's not very good.

I can hold a tune, but I hate to sing for people.

I sing at the moment.

Know how to play: Trombone, Coronet, Trumpet, recorder, flute, harmonica, some drums. I want to learn bass guitar though.

I play the bass, guitar, kinda keyboard, and kinda the drums
I own two Squire Precision (One of them is for spare parts)
Epiphone EB-3 Bass
Danelectro Shorthorn Bass
Fender Squire Telecaster
Egmond Thunderbird (? Not entirely sure of the model name, it's a Holland brand from the 60's)
Casio Sk-1
1970 Japanese Apollo 7-Piece Drum Set

Amps:
90 Watt Behringer Ultrabass Amp (Not that great, probably going to sell both my P-Basses and then this for a new one)
15 Watt Line 6 Spider III Amp

Yeah, most of these instruments are here for band practice, but yeah.

Deejays are now part of this discussion as I have now decided...

Afterall, DJs play gigs and gigs are for musicians. :D

Not that anyone was debating that we aren't musicians, but some people do.

So.
I DJ.
I sing (in a band).
I drum (not in a band).
Can still play the tenor sax (a little bit).

And so in my "instrument repertoire" I have...

2 CDJ800 digital turntables.
DJM700 mixer.
2 STR8.150s turntables.
2 SRM450 loudspeakers.
A Shure PG58 radio mic.
And...lots of cables n stuff?

And not a single bloody musical instrument! Woohoo!

Not this one :p
You could join Alvin & The Chipmunks?
Or even these guys! :)

As many know, I'm a professional musician. I play keyboards, organ, piano, and I sing. I used to play in a rock band until recently. I retired from it as it got to be too much on the weekends. I still play in church.

I've always been told that I have musical talent. Too bad I'm lazy and haven't really done much with it. I like to play around with music for shorter periods at a time though. That and just jamming with friends. As for gear, hardware:

A cheap Cort strat knock-off with a Peavey Rage 158 amp and a Line 6 POD 2.0.
A Yamaha APX-500 electric acoustic with a Squire SA-10 amp.
A Squire J-Bass with a Fender Rumble 15 amp.
A MXL 990 condenser mic.
A M-Audio Oxygen8 V2 USB MIDI keyboard.
A Line 6 Toneport UX2.

And Software:

Propellerhead Reason 4.0 (can't wait for them to release Record).
Line 6 GearBox.
Apple Garage Band.
Korg DS-10 (for my Nintendo DS).
LSDJ and Nanoloop (for my Gameboy emulator).

I play guitar, bass, snare and violin. I know a few things on piano but don't play it as such. I own three guitars, one bass, one amp, two violins, one snare drum, several drum sticks, a keyboard and multiple effects units for my guitars. I teach guitar on the side too.

Edit: I play guitar in a band too.
