Well, it really depends on my mood. My iTunes has 73 songs from probably 55 different bands. I guess the most surefire tunes to "pump me up" would be:

Arcade Fire - Neighborhood #3 (Power Out)
Unknown - Run Run Away (a tribute to Slade)
LCD Soundsystem - Someone Great (listening to now while watching the LA Galaxy beat the San Jose Earthquakes)
MGMT - Time To Pretend
New Radicals - You Get What You Give
Hoodoo Gurus - Come Anytime
Flogging Molly - What's Left Of The Flag

"Til' I collapse" by Eminem (I agree thats a good pumpup one jason)
"Throw it up" by Lil Jon featrng Pastor Troy
"Knockin' Heads off" by Lil Jon featuring Jadakiss and Styles P
"Hell ya" by Dead Prez featuring Jay-z
"I am so Hood" by DJ Khaled featuring Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Big Boi, Lil Wayne, Fat Joe, Birdman & Rick Ross

Most music doesn't really pump me up that much. But the one exception is techno dance remixes of the tetris music.

Interestingly enough...I'm very into spinning (it's a cardio class on stationary bikes) and the whole point of it is to ride like crazy while doing all sorts of different stuff on your bike for about 45 - 60 minutes, so it is extremely important to have music that "pumps you up."

Any high speed techno remixes do it for me, though there are plenty of great classic rock bands that work as well.

Ticks and Leeches-Tool (totally has to be the second best song in the world)
So Long-Everlast
Ich Will-Rammstein (freakin ♥ them)
The Pretender-Foo Fighters
Numb-Linkin Park (I also like the one with Jay-Z as well)
