List all the movies you think someone should see before they die. I'll make a list later

You know what's ironic about this thread? I was at Barnes and Nobles earlier today looking through a book titled, "1001 Movies to see before you die". Its ominous, I tell you.

I would reccomend:

- Starwars
- Indiana Jones
- The Matrix
- Black Hawk Down
- Rambo IV
- Pineapple Express (just for the opening scene)
- Lord of War
- Wizard of Oz

Trust me! PE is a good movie.

Star Wars (1977) no "improvements," as originally released.
Young Frankenstein
Frankenstein (1931)
King Kong (1933)
Goldfinger
Bluesbrothers
The Wizard of Oz
Dr. Strangelove
The African Queen
Stagecoach (1939)

I put dates on some of the movies to differentiate them from remakes.

Ok I'll TRY to limit it to 10

-Saving Private Ryan
-The Hurt Locker
-Generation Kill (not a film but never the less brilliant)
-Borat (has to be in it was just brilliant)
-Echelon Conspiracy
-Blackhawk Down
-Taken
-Jarhead
-Gone in 60 Seconds
-24:Redemption (sorry I'm obliged to say that)
-Step Brothers
-Scary Movie 3 ('Cindy the TV's Leaking' classic line)
-Taking Chance
-Lord of War
-The Matrix (the first one, that lobby scene is brilliant, especially on surround sound :D)
-Untracable
-Vantage Point

Oops, thats more than 10, oh well just take your pick out of that.

Generation Kill and Lord of War are maybe the two best movies on there. Everything else is rather on par with everything else that gets released. I am not saying your taste in movies is bad tough since I seen most of those, asides most the comidies.

Also Band of Brother's is like 10 times better then saving private ryan. It's pretty much generation Kill set in WW2.

Really, My dad got the box set, but I never watched it. But I will now, I would be watching it tonight if it weren't for having a school trip tomorrow and leaving at 4:30 in the morning

At least 1 Tarantino film...
Dash would recommend: PULP FICTION.

At least 1 James Bond film...
Dash would recommend: GOLDENEYE.

And because it's me...
At least 1 Pixar film...
Dash would recommend: BOLT or FINDING NEMO.

Everything else, you can fight out amongst yourselves :)

2. Good Luck Chuck.
3. I now pronounce you Chuck and Larry (Kinda stupid, but still.)
4. Monsters vs. Aliens

Three epic films, right there.

Disney made Bolt without Pixar. Pixar doesn't have that many movies, so their movie for the year was Wall-E
