What was your most embarrassing diaper experience?
Mine was in middle school. I had managed to get out and buy a pack of pull-ups to wear sometimes at night. One day, my mom came in to wake me up and caught me in the wet diaper. I was humiliated and it was scarring to say the least.

Mine was being pantsed when i was in school camp , i was a bedwetter till late teens and at 16 i was still in diapers at night , i was at a school camp and diapers are not easily concealable especially tape on ones , goodnites couldn't hold my wetting back then so i wore tape on diapers . Friends were kinda playful at the time and was playing around , didn't take long for them to figure out i was in diapers eg diaper crinkle , waistband of diaper etc . a couple of my friends held me and pull my pants down revealing my diaper , its obvious its a diaper with the tape tabs , wetness indicator etc i couldn't deny its not . Word spread fast and soon enough a lot of people in my school knows about it starting from my cohort then upper and lower secondary kids knows about it . I was teased a lot and called names back then , going though it was different but thinking back it was alright .

I was half asleep and I walked out of my room wearing a pair of Rearz training pants. Luckily I woke up the second I left my room and no one saw me.

Probably when my dad didn't know I wore yet and I leaked on a roadtrip (was using some not very absorbent tenas). Cloth seat and the back of my shorts were completely soaked. Got out to eat at a restaurant and i kept my back to him the whole time. Others totally saw I had wet myself like some big toddler, but it was better than letting my dad see that at the time.

I think it was when I was around 8, in 3rd grade, I wore pull-ups to school but was diapered at home because I had quit using the potty/toilet. I was invited to a friend's house for a sleep over, my parents were supposed to pack my pull-ups and well we ended up getting in a hurry and instead she grabed normal diapers and packed them and I didn't even get a chance to change into a pull-up. anyhow when me and my friend were playing I ended up tripping on a root because he had this big tree in the back corner and some of the roots stuck out of the ground and he came over and asked why I was wearing a diaper I was embarrassed and I couldn't even speak but he hugged me and told me it was ok if I was still a baby. he knew I used a pacifier during the day and didn't even care that I was the size of his 5 year old little brother at the time. we ended up inventing nicknames for each other, because we were very close as friends he called me baby brother because I was like the baby brother he always wanted again it was embarrassing at school too, especially when he would hold my hand as if I were a real little kid and he sometimes treated me like one. but he was that embarrassing older friend who you know has your back, he was 9 because he was kept back a year.

I was going through security at O’Hare airport with my H while diapered and was asked to go over to the female TSA officer for additional screening. The fear and humiliation was worse than what actually occurred. After being asked additional questions, I received a quick pat down and I as on my way. I was dying thinking that I would be found out. My “supportive” Hubby couldn’t stop laughing. It is now a memory I relive every time I am at an airport.

That’s not okay at all. Kids are horrible people and have no sense of boundaries. I’m so sorry that happened to you.

Haha that’s okay, my sister calls me her baby brother, though I’m only 2 years younger than her. Only got the nickname when our younger sister passed away, as she was the baby, again only 2 years younger than me.

But I think it has largely to do with adults/parents not teaching their kids that some kids do need to wear diapers. Kids learn from adults that diapers are "bad".

My brother had a sleepover and I was caught changing. Embarrassing at the time but one of the upsides of autism is that embarrassment is greatly lessened.

I was wearing an abdl diaper i got from my friend and got to wearing it outside wearing long jeans and all, and do my best to concealed the back of my jeans, so then i was called by my aunt who lives nearby to the place i was in, so i decided to go there, forgotten that i still in my nappies, and after a while my now deceased uncle calling me to try this jeans, and sure enough i was shitting in my pants, and that was also not only in-front of him, but all 3 of my cousins from them is there, manage to slipped passed that somehow, tho he most likely already known that what i wear is a nappies, so i died inside until, he ask me to go with them to have a dinner on 1 mall, and then i go and disposed of that nappies, sad i had to, but rather than died inside for the rest of the day

When my mom saw a wet diaper on the stairs! I was drinking at the time and took it off while on the stairs for some reason. She saw it the next day when she came in from work. I was so embarrassed! I got very mad at myself. She forgave me and we've never talked about again.

I was sitting at home with my wife one evening. We lived in an apartment building at the time. I had my baby shirt and gym shorts on at the time. When I wear as a baby boy I usually don't wear pants or shorts. My wife answered the door. A friend of hers came in for a minute. My heart raced. Plus, I had my lovie snuggling with me. I had to throw him over the side before she saw me with him. My diaper was also wet. She left after a minute. I told my wife, and she just laughed saying I forgot you had your diaper on. Sorry.

My very 1st one was when I was living with my mom and bought a pack of goodnights and wore one to bed and she came in the next morning and told me to air out my room. I didn’t know why she would have said that till I got up and went to the kitchen, and went back to my room to smell the smelly smell of something that smells smelly. It was my goodnight that produced an odor that I had no idea existed. I threw the rest away and didn’t buy any for a year or so.

Cool story. So, was there anything on your shirt that screamed 'Adult Baby'? Did she see it?

Sorry to hear that, MailCat. Must have been hard to go through. :-( I am glad your schoolmates reacted so well.

One of my embarrassing moments in diapers is when I was in Elementary school. We were about to dismiss for the day and I was already wet. It was my birthday that day and the teacher had all on the class stand at their desks at the end of the day and they all sang happy birthday to me. I thought I could make it to the end of the song; but right in the middle I wet my diaper again and this time it didn't hold! In fact; it leaked and made a huge puddle. I was so embarrassed; I started crying. But the teacher came over and escorted me to the school nurse to get cleaned up and changed into a fresh diaper. My grandfather was picking me up from school that day and I was walking with him to the car wearing just a shirt, socks, shoes, and my diaper with no pants. It was embarrassing but no one in the school gave me flack about still wearing diapers because I needed them.
Your school could teach others a lesson. Good job on their part.

What do you mean by the embarrassment being greatly lessened?
