Now I realize you may not be able to legally give me any advice, but I have a question.
Unfortunately a past sexual encounter let to me contracting chlamydia. I am on antibiotics to fix the issue.

If I wear and wet diapers while undergoing the round of antibiotics, can I reinfect myself?

I wouldn't have thought so, you'd only be exposing yourself to what is already present.

Also I am not aware if chlamydia is present in urine, if not it is even less likely an event.
