When entering lil mode, what nursery ryhme/childhood tune comes to mind first? Subconsciously without forcing yourself to think of one. Mine is the "if you're happy and you know it" tune.

Was a wierd kid. Was pretty dead and serious and emotionless on the outside in front of people but always really tender and fragile on the inside. Sad movies and video game stories melted my little heart.

I remember we had Once Upon a Forest on VHS. When I had the house alone Id secretly indulge and rewind and play the opening over and over again and blast it and get teary eyed. It's the instrumental version of the song mentioned without vocals. It's kinda like listening to the intro of Xenoblade Chronicles when you already know what its about and the title music alone is then able to recap the story from start to finish. Emotional roller coaster.

Rediscovering this masterpiece with little me and the vocal version lyrics cut to the bone. Hammering all the 'nostalgia for being little' buttons like bunker busters. 😭🫠

Did the same with The Lion King VHS at the end with the melodramatic Pride Rock ascension walk. 😇
