I ordered a few things and it says it got delivered but i never received it and they don’t answer emails so i don’t know what to do. It was 100$ worth of stuff and i really don’t want to lose my money. Any suggestions?

start reaching out. Ask the delivery service where it is, file a complaint. And if that doesn’t get you anywhere reach out to the company. I’ve had to do this multiple times. Mostly USPS.
