Last night's dinner was cheese on bread because I can't afford anything else.

Since all of us over-ate at Renaissance Faire on Saturday and Brunch Sunday, last night we all just had some salad and hot onion soup.

My dessert was having some Strawberry Quick mixed with the milk in my beddy bottle.

Last night's dinner is . . . in my diaper. :D

(Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

It was brick chicken.

Tonight's will be an Italian sub, on whole wheat, the works. With potato chips and something to drink. Ginger ale?

Last night's dinner was a garden salad with Ranch dressing, Penne a la Vodka, and a cookie for dessert.

Last night... Banquet TV Dinner... Spaghetti and Meatballs with several slices of buttered bread, a Coke and a Glass of Tea

But tonight I made beef tacos... ( Didn't have enough beef... lol, I thought it would be enough... ) With Chipotle sauce, sour cream, lettuce, mexican cheese, tomatoes.. :)

It was good.

I could skip that soup, but those biscuits sound delicious.

(I was home. My phone didn't ring . . . . )

My wife forgot to put the chicken out to thaw, so I went to Krogers and got one of those rotisserie chickens. She made biscuits with peach butter and mixed veggies. It wasn't bad.

I'm sitting in class at the moment, so I can't get the specifics of this . . .

But I'm also house sitting and the owners have a book called "Rotisseries Chicken to the Rescue." (I think.) It's full of recipes for all sorts of things that are based on a rotisserie chicken. I've done a few. They are pretty good.

I'll try to remember.

(Who thought we'd be talking recipes in a diaper group?)

Oh, and last night I had a homemade reuben and french fries. And cake.

EDIT: The Book is Rotisserie Chickens to the Rescue! by Carla Fitzgerald Williams.

Let's see...I had scrambled eggs with cheese, and toast. We have that "breakfast for dinner" thing a lot.
