Around what siz would yoy recommend for someone about 6ft tall and a waste of about a 32-34

The "Husky" size 20 tops out at 32.5" so they may be a little too snug for you but if the sleepers fit you OK, you might be alright.

It's worth a try I am pretty skinny.

Sorry to hear that some times being tall can be a curse and that is even more true with abdl items.

I can wear 32" Levi's 501's but am also 6' tall.

Inseam measurement (crotch to cuff) would also be useful.

I will soon know first hand I ordered a pair size 20 I am about the same build as you so if it fits me it will most likely fit you.

I took a chance on a lands end size 12-13 footed sleeper that turned up second hand (i wear a lot of 15-16 pajamas and undies). One of my most disappointing little experiences. The thing has zero stretch and is made from a fairly basic fleece material.

Maybe ill buy a bigger one one day but dont expect these to fit you unless youre bang in the size guidance.

I finally got them and they are probably one of the best fitting pants I have.
