Just got an ad that said “adult diapers” on instagram

I was scrolling through instagram and got an ad for Abdl diapers...

I was looking at diapers on Amazon, and sure enough instagram is showing me diapers now.

Scary that our phones have “personalized ads” which shows your interests.

I had been on bambino's web site and than started to get bambino's add all the time. It's hard to explain when you're scrolling thru your phone trying to show a co-worker something and a diaper ad comes up.

I think on Amazon, anyway, there's a place where you can opt out of suggestions for specific products. But diaper ads might pop up in other places too.

Yes you can opt out of personalized targeted advertising. I did a while ago. I search diapers all the time and I get no ads for diapers.
