I recently finished the campaign/liberated every settlement but I'm still only at 60% completion 
...
Beyond that I think it's an absolutely great game. It's better than Just Cause 2 for sure although it's missing some elements I liked from that game. I wish the graphics would've been more like Far Cry 4's because I really like the realism in that game but it's still great either way.
I need to complete some of the side missions to get to 100%, they just seem a little boring to me though.
