Only wet if I have a diaper on, otherwise I am continent most of the time.

Once in a long while, I'll indulge in total late toddlerhood and let it go in my pants, especially just before I do my weekly laundry. Years ago I would poopie in my pants on occasion but it's gotten too soft and messy for that now....

I am diapered 24/7 due to total incontinence from a ruptured disc in my lower back. Every time I take a shower, as soon as the hot water hits me, I start peeing. I have also had quite a few pooping accidents while in the shower. Basically, the only time I am not in a diaper is when I am in the shower.

I wear 24/7 but I have a rule that if I find myself not diapered for any length of time my punishment is that I have to wet myself without a diaper.

Not going to test it, but could easily see myself having an accident if wasn't diapered - diaper training can do that to you! (And wouldn't have it any other way, lol)

Although I like messing my underwear too, it's much more risky and I'm guaranteed to ruin my pants too!

The good thing about pooing in my underwear is that I can feel the initial nuggets coming out much more easily. The bad thing is that, as well as the things I said before, I lost the extra padding a nappy gives me.

I never pee without a nappy and it doesn't happen often when I wear one on. I usually only pee when I feel very relaxed after messing and want to relax even more.

Same. Diapers are fun and all, but there's an extra level of excitement behind going in your pants from time to time.

I used to do this when I was little. It laid the foundations for AB/DL.

Once I wore my first diapers at 8, I instantly switched from wetting my pants to wetting my diapers. Never looked back.
