Japanese Learning Blog Week 8 - I'm just disappointed in myself to be honest

Greetings, lovely littles and diapered delinquents. Hope you're all having an awesome day.

Nothing to report because I've done nothing this week. We're in the middle of a heatwave and Papa Pixels don't do good in the heat. My mind goes to goo and I spend my days watching dumb YouTube videos and cartoons. Hopefully I'll get back to studying next week.

it's ok to fall off the wagon so long as you get back on. Besides if you give up studying, you'll just pick it up again when you stumble across someone's language learning blog.

I find that with piano practice, especially the pieces I have memorized. At some point I just get used up and my brain goes to mush. Then it's time to stop. There's always tomorrow and a fresh start.

Hey, you got this!! Sounds like you wouldn’t have gotten very far if you forced yourself to study through the heat wave so it’s for the best you just took a break! Hope you can get back into it again without issue
